But of course you can add a new user-defined-value with a free text datatype and enter almost everything to this cell...
(But you need to wait for print-outs since udts are currently not provided within the reporting interface...)

My mistake! 

  I wrote "Ex." when I actually meant Event.  It appears that Events already are fixed to a date and time, correct?  Can additional Events be user defined?  That would work for my purpose.

Yes, events are also bound to a specific column resp. time of that column (and they are included with the print-outs right now)

Yes they can: Simply edit the event list by using the appropriate menu 'Diabetesprofile->Events'

In the German SiDiary Beta 6 Forum today, LordBritish replied to Britta on a question about rounding.  I also have some values rounded which I prefer to set myself.

As LordBritish recommends, on the Log book page, under Settings (Gear), I selected the radio button for Manual.  Is this correct?  (See screen capture).

 


Is there a similar setting for values that are not on the Log Book page?  For example, I track Weight in lbs., to the nearest half pound.  When I enter an odd point value, e.g., (.0, .5, etc.) it is rounded to an even value.  If I enter 172.5 for lbs., it is rounded to 172.6.

How do I insert a JPG image in a Post?  Windows Clipboard does not seem to work.  The Image button only inserts the BB code, not the image?  Thanks for clarification.

I can tell you my using to insert Pics into postings

- Go to http://picr.de/
- there you can select your local stored picture in step "1" ...
- "1. Bild(er) auswählen"
- Select your Pic with the button "Durchsuchen ..."
- in Step "2. Zusätzliche Optionen" you can select any password for your Pic for later erasing => "Passwort zum späteren Löschen"
- in Step "3. Rechtliches" you declare, that you are the owner of the pic. You also declare, that the pic is not illegal, or has porn content or has no problematic themes ...
- If you understand this, you can mark the checkbox "Gelesen, verstanden und akzeptiert?"

I don't know, if there is a similar page with english text

The above Service stores your pic and gives you a BB-link return, to use it in a forum like here

you need to go to the 'Extras->Settings' menu and then deactivate the checkbox for the "rounding to 5 minutes" option.

No there is no other rounding. Where did you encounter a rounding for your weight input as described?

John, we are currently working on the translation of all additional materials, including the manual which has also the appropriate information about the udts.

I would suggest to simply add a new udt and play around a bit with it. Basically you can add new rows to the log-book screen and track additional (almost all) parameters...
