Hi there,

I have found the bolus suggestion very useful. Very accurate for me after adjusting the profile values...
I do not know if it is just me - or perhaps the latest Windows version  BUT
Previously the bolus suggestion would pop up when you left the BG value cell or the Carbs cell - even on older columns.

Now I only see a bolus suggestion just after I have captured the BG value. (and it only shows the correction value, not the carbs value).
If I capture the BG value first and then the carb value I get no suggestion.

I also cannot any longer go back to older values to see what the bolus suggestion was.

What is the expected behaviour of the suggestion popup ?

Ok, it was me   - the  option was switched off in my profile - just changed it..
However - still only get a suggestion after entering BG and nowhere else...

Hi Jaco,

please note that the suggestion isn't displayed under certain circumstances:
It's not displayed...
* if a bolus dose is already tracked
* if the entered bg level is lower than the minimum blood glucose level
* if the calculated insulin sum exceeds the maximam limit

Perhaps this can explain the behaviour on your system?

Please also check, if the selection for the bolus calculation formula fits to the pre-defined carb & correction ratios, maybe there's someting mixed up?

min. bg level is 65
max. units insulin=30
