Hi There,
I have just registered SiDiary and I'm loving it so far.
I am planning to use the Sidiary Online Air sync as my work does not allow me direct interenet access (Sydiary desktop does not seem to be compatible with a proxy).
The problem I'm finding is that when I transfer my data and it gets imported, the blood glucose values are changed, so 6,0 becomes 0,3 and so on. I've checked and I have mmol/l in both the PPC version and the online profile, but still making the conversion.
If I configure the online version to be mg/l then it does not convert the values (gets the right values) but obviously the scales are wrong.
I love this service, is there any way to fix this?

Hi Henry,
we will check what has happened during the import on the online server and find a solution!
Best, Alf.

Hi Henry,
actually this is not a problem from the online server but the data which was sent by your PPC. The interface specification requires all values to be sent in mg/dl (easier handling since no decimal conflicts) but the PPC ignored this and has sent mmol/l values.
We will provide a hotfix for this issue for the mobile versions ASAP!
(Affected are PPC.Net and Smartphone versions, Java version/PC are not affected!)

Update: Both the PPC.Net and Smartphone version are updated in our download section and will now send data to SiDiary Online with right bg unit.
