Hi.

When I  import data from my glucometer (optium xceed), sidiary import only the latest one but never more than 20 (more or less) although other older datas have never been read from the glucometer either include by me. Is it normal, or shall I do something (in order to read all the datas not read yet)

It's SiDiarys default option to import only new data since the last import. This date ist set in the SiDiary.ini even if an import has failed or interrupted.

I suggest to import again, but this time you should set the drivers settings to "Import all data".

This setting can be made in the drivers setting-tab.

Thanks for the advice, but it didn't change anything.

In fact, when I import datas, some time, sydiary reads the 16 datas and if I repeat the operation at once, sydiary could read 20 datas (it means the 16 same datas and 4 new readings added !).

Any suggestion ?

Which version are you currently using (the Xceed driver is showing the version at the left upper corner). It should be V1.0.16.

Hi, its V 1.0.15. What shall I do in order to upgrade it ?
