Actually you cannot print the graphs if you haven't installed MsWinword. Please tell me if you want a replacement for printing without Winword.

I also have a problem with printing line graphs.. everything else is fine.. I have version v5.1.759.. I have tried printing with microsoftword viewer, and star office8 this is what I get when I try to print..
Error occurred while inserting statistical diagrams:automation error
Then wordviewer will open and look like this
All values
[GRAPHIC_TYPE0_VAL7_300X230_BORDER0]
Low values < 80 mg/dl
Target values 80 - 130 mg/dl
High values 131 - 200 mg/dl
X-high values > 200 mg/dl
Line graph
[GRAPHIC_TYPE3_VAL7_600X230_BORDER0]
Dot graph
[GRAPHIC_TYPE1_VAL7_600X230_BORDER0]
any help is appreciated once I am able to print line graphs I plan on buying the program I have 15 days left on my trial.
Thank you

For such things I use PDFCreator. This application install a virtual printer which creates PDF files from every application.
On the one site i have a PDF-file which I can save and everybody accept a PDF file as mail.

Hi CarlD,
SiDiary should automatically detect configurations on a PC without installed Winword but in some cases there might be some Word objects left on a PC where you have tried Winword but removed it.
So you could try to add the following lines to your sidiary.ini file (by using notepad i.e.):
[Word]
DontUse=1
Save the file (which is located in c:\program files\SINOVO\SiDiary\) and restart SiDiary. If this does not help perhaps your installation is damaged and you could try to open SiDiary's setup from Windows control panel->software there you can select the repair mode of the setup and perhaps the setup can help to re-configure the needed ocx-files on your system.
Btw: Which Windows version are you using?

Hello everyone,
Thank you for the post,I added
[Word]
DontUse=1 and the program works perfectly,
Your program has helped me so much. it does so much more then tracking Blood sugar.
I have been low carb dieting for 5 weeks and I have used your program to track my weightloss and my Blood pressure..
Seeing a graph of weight loss and blood pressure has kept me motivated.. I have gone from 98kg to 86kg.. my blood pressure has gone from a avg of 150/100 to a 3 week avg of 109/74.
My Blood sugars are great! 6 weeks ago I had a avg 200 fasting I now have a fasting of 89. my daily avg for over 3 weeks in a row is only 101..
Thank you for giving me a program that helps so much in being able to keep track of everything on a daily basis and able to print reports.
I see my dr in 1 week and I am sure my results are going to blow her away.
Thanks again everyone

And do you now what? Carl, you did it!
I see my dr in 1 week and I am sure my results are going to blow her away.
Absolutely! You should give her a print out for her records. I bet that she will show you off to her colleagues :zwinker: :super:

The free OpenOffice 2.4 now has almost full compatibility with Word and can open or save .DOC files. I tested SiDiary 5 report functions with OpenOffice and it worked fine. I also tested SiDiary 5 and SiDiary Beta 6 with Word 2007, with little or no problems. I will post a minor issue with SiDiary Beta 6 in the SiDiary English > Beta 6 Forum.
