Thanks, I already downloaded 1135 after using Google Translate on your German Beta 6 post of the *zack*.

  I really truly like the Change Log features and notes on the new Beta 6 Download page!  Wow!

I'll post more when I look at the enhancements and new features of Build 1135.

  I also got the unusual Update Assistant message.  My message on Beta 6 1135 En showed current version and new version both as 1135.

I Google Translated the recent German posts about this issue.  (although a few words like angefetzten did not translate).  I understand you are working from home without full resources, so will wait till you are back in the office.  Please post a note here in English when you have more information available.

  Thank you!  I am now running SiDiary Beta 6 En Build 1139 W32!.  I'll post more as I use it. 

  Data migration from V5 En W32 to Beta 6 En 1139 worked fine ...

  Build 1139 gave a notice Beta had expired, so I could not launch or update.  Downloaded latest Beta installer and extracted, then used Data Migration.

Now testing Beta 6 En Build 1141!

  Finally back on the Forum again.

  A problem with Vista Home Premium after SP1 forced a full Factory Restore of my PC.  I then, of course, had to reinstall all my personal applications (those not preloaded by HP).  I am NOT a big fan of Vista, but my now year old "new" system was available only with Vista. 

Unfortunately, the problem is not fully fixed yet.  MSoft is sending me a new Vista Installation DVD with SP1 for an "in-place" upgrade.  G-r-r-r!

Today I downloaded and updated to Beta 6 Build 1154.  After just a few minutes use, Build 1154 looks good!

I understand that the English Help files will be coming before to long.  No problem for me.

  Please be sure to also translate the Print Templates to English!  It would also be helpful if the Print Template macros allowed setting printer preferences before spooling directly to the printer.   For example, I prefer to print my SiDiary Beta 6 reports two-sided to save paper (and the environment).  Two test prints came out fine, other than German language labels and single sided printing.  I'll post more details later after a more thorough review.  I tried the NovoStyle and "Standard-Farbe-mit-Grafiken" reports.

  I like DirectPrint.  It works well printing to my Epson CX5800F All-in-one, at least with a couple of quick tests.

Okay, but why didn't you de-install it and install your XP from the older PC? That's what I would do in this situation.

It will appear if the english manual is finished and Alf has converted it into the helpfile.

  My results with Beta 6 En for Update Check worked correctly.  Running Build 1154, Update Check reported my Version up to date!

  The Update Check that worked correctly was a manual check.  Later an automatic notice came up that did show current version as Build 1154 and a "newer" version of Build 1154, the same as reported by Markus.
