Problem running SiDiary in Vista

Jörg, can you a little bit explain what this Profile Manager do what the other not does?

It's not exactly clear, but we've figured out that in some cases (i.e. if the UAC (User account control) in vista is disabled) the profile wizzard tries to access to non-existing folders. So Alf has finished this hotfix before he went to holidays.

In our first tests this problem didn't appeared because we've installed Vista to a VM for testing SiDiary only and so there was no need to turn off the UAC. If you use Vista to work with it most users turns it off because they are bothered with Vistas stupid questions if they are sure they wanna run this or that application.
On a native, fresh installed Vista SiDiary works as well as ever, but in some user defined systems this error coud happen.

The reason for deactivation of the UAC are the nerving question as admin if you want to do some things as admin. If you disable this for admin you don't have this question.
In a German Vista you can do this on the following way:
Start --> Ausführen --> msconfig --> Enter --> Tools
There you find "Benutzerkontoschutz deaktivieren"

You can control this in the Registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System

More about this you can read here. If you find there an Reg_Dword ConsentPromptBehaviorAdmin with value 1 or 2 you need your patch. Otherwise not.
