Import from Deltec Cozmo Pump

Eyeball:
I am trying to import my readings from the Deltec Cozmo Pump.  Unfortunately, when I try to import I get this error:

"The CoZmanager databases cannot be found in the selected folder.  Please select the correct application folder of CoZmanager software and ensure that it is installed properly!"

I have checked, and it is the right folder...  Why will it not import?

There are three databases, which must be in the CoZmanager-Folder:

HistoryLogDB.mdb
ProgramDB.mdb
ReportInterfaceData001.mdb

If one of them is missing or corrupt, these errormessage will appear. Please check out, if all three DBs are there. If not - maybe I can help.

Eyeball:
Ok, I missing the file called "ReportInterfaceData001.mdb"  The other two are there.  How do I get that file in there?
